Chef Denis Cotter, Café Pariso, Ireland
Denis Cotter is the chef/owner of Cafe Paradiso, the internationally renowned vegetarian restaurants in Cork, Ireland, and the author of three cookbooks, including Gourmand Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the World 2004, Paradiso Seasons. His most recent book, Wild garlic, gooseberries and me, is now available in paperback in Canada. Denis has just finished his fourth book, to be published in April 2011.
